  • 1820 - Pace School - first school in Dana
  • 1830 - Blue House Academy opened in Dana
  • 1865 - Morris School opened - named for W.G.B Morris
  • 1866 - Blue House School built in Dana (Blue Ridge Academy)
  • 1900s (early) - North Blue Ridge School opened - later joined with Pace School
  • 1907 - First school called Dana School built
  • 1909 - Mount Vernon (Dry Hill) School built
  • 1939 - Dana Elementary opened
  • 1974 - Main Classroom building constructed
  • 2008 - Renovations to old building and new additions to Dana
