Timeline

• 1994 - Tuxedo Extended Day School opened
• 2004 - Tuxedo Education Center moved to Balfour and became Balfour Education Center
• 2009 - Henderson County Early College opened on the Blue Ridge Community College campus
• 2014 - Balfour Education Center became Henderson County Career Academy
• 2017 - New Innovative High School Building opened at Blue Ridge Communty College, (HC Career Academy and HC Early College moved into it)
